Paul Bantoft has been in the Real Estate industry for 19 years of which 11 years has been engaged as the Owner/Operator of Cairns Beaches Realty. Paul and his wife Pauline established Cairns Beaches Realty on 1st July, 2000 in Kewarra Beach Shopping Centre. Paul's youngest son Luke joined the family team as a Property Manager and has since gone on to become Licensee of the Sales and Rental team.
Having worked in most facets of real estate Paul established himself as a house and land specialist having overseen a number of residential and commercial projects on the Cairns Northern Beaches area. Paul has a expansive knowledge of the Region and is keen to assist people moving into the area. Paul now specializes in selling Beachfront properties.

Luke Bantoft - Principal - Kewarra Beach Office
Luke Bantoft has been in the real estate industry for 11 years. At the age of 17 he started in the family business when his father branched out as an independent agency in 2000. Luke Started and has continued to build the office rent roll exceeding 300 properties.
At the time of Luke becoming the Principal/Licensee, he was the youngest Principal to be fully licenced in Queensland.
After 8 successful years in Property Management, Luke let go of the reins and became eagerly focused in the Property Sales Market and still continues to thrive in sales to date.
Luke enjoys the to and fro of negotiating a sale which he finds to be a real buzz. The most rewarding aspect for Luke is closing a deal where both parties are happy and excited about their new step in life. He feels that he is part of their happiness and there is no other feeling quite like it.

Originally from the UK my background was in Administration for 15 years, but having emigrated to Australia I felt a change was required and so I ventured into Real Estate, and found I had a passion for property management. I found Australians to be very welcoming and friendly and I enjoy assisting people to secure properties and helping out with any problems they may encounter and ensure them of a smooth stressless tenancy ahead.
